Most electric bicycles, or eBikes, follow the conventional bicycle layout, with motors, batteries and systems added to it.
The MX3 trycicle was created to be electric from the outset.
With motor assist, eBikes can move higher loads with less effort from the rider. But the conventional layout does not allow for the best location of the electrical components and cargo. This compromises the bike´s handling and limits cargo volume and weight.
In MX3, designed from the start to be electric, the heavy motor and battery are placed in the lowest position, for great maneuverability and responsiveness.
The layout permits location of cargo at the front, middle and back of the vehicle. Also, these cargo spaces can be kept low, for a stable behavior in all conditions.
