You can purchase an MX3 directly from Mastretta Bikes through this site. We send your MX3 to any part of the Republic.
Does the MX3 have a warranty?
Yes. Lifetime warranty on all components manufactured by Mastretta Bikes and one year warranty on the components of our production partners.
Who offers repair and maintenance service?
The MX3 is easy to maintain and can be done personally or in any cycling workshop. In Mexico City Mastretta Bikes can provide this service.
Can I try the MX3?
We have eBikes available only in Mexico City. Contact us to schedule a visit.
What are the measures of the wheels?
Front: 20 x 2.15 – Recommended pressure: 80 lbs.
Rear: 24 x 2.15 – Recommended pressure: 90 lbs.
